The only draw back was their mechanic did not perform a good job. They have forgotten to put one of the shims onto the brake pad and one of the headlight alignment was out when I got my car. There was a small scratch/dent that Telly assured me would be taken care of before delivery. On Delivery, the vehicle looked great and the blemish was gone. I was then introduced to James the sales manager who was also friendly and straight forward, we sat in his office and simply spoke about how the customers always come first. We went looking for a fun car for my wife. We visited many dealerships, but our experience at Prime Mark was head and tails over the competition. I had talked to Telly on the phone a couple of days prior to going to the dealership and … More walked in unannounced. We were greeted by a a friendly salesman who called Telly to tell him that we were here. Telly was out on errands, but quickly returned to the dealership. You would expect some sort of pressure from a car salesman, but we were pleasantly surprised. He explained the car to us and even pointed of the common cosmetic things that could happen to the car over time. Who does that?
We were given time and space to think about the car and talked about the pricing again without pressure.
Picking up the car was again a seamless process. Telly truly wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase, and assured us that they were there for us should anything happen, and if no problems cropped up to drop in let us know how things are going and have a free deal tailing.
Again a very pleasant car buying experience. -
